Welcome to the Prisinzano Research Group in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. Our lab is located on the third floor of the Lee T. Todd Jr. Building, which is situated on the Medical Campus in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. The College of Pharmacy takes great pride in providing an innovative education, conducting pioneering research, delivering cutting-edge clinical practice, and leading change to improve health.
Our work is interdisciplinary and very collaborative in nature. Graduate students interested in drug discovery, medicinal chemistry, organic synthesis, chemical biology and/or pharmacology are encouraged to apply to the graduate program. Undergraduate students interested in participating in our research may apply to the lab either through the College of Pharmacy Summer Research Program or by contacting Dr. Prisinzano directly.
